Reporting Contractor

Job Summary

To support the development of enterprise reporting strategies, the full-time Contractor - Reporting will build and deliver reporting processes and technology remotely while collaborating with business leaders and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to enhance the reporting platform
• Create complex t-SQL statements, stored procedures, and queries to extract data
• Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations while mentoring junior staff on quality standards

Required qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of reporting experience, preferably in an Analyst role
• Proficiency in building t-SQL statements, preferably in MySQL or MSSQL
• Experience with SSRS is required
• 1+ years of experience in residential or commercial real estate preferred
