Reporting Engineer

Job Summary

Reporting Engineer is a full-time hybrid or remote position responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing healthcare reporting solutions using Power BI, focusing on data modeling, performance, governance, and stakeholder enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Power BI semantic models and enterprise-grade dashboards
• Optimize reporting models for performance and scalability while ensuring compliance and security
• Collaborate with data engineering to integrate various healthcare data sources into reporting solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in BI or reporting engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI tools
• Experience delivering reporting solutions on healthcare data
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data platforms such as Azure Synapse and Snowflake
• Understanding of BI DevOps practices, including Git and deployment pipelines
