Reporting Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Reporting Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of reporting analysts, monitor reporting metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Create, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM reports and dashboards
• Provide HCM reporting governance, support, and education, including report reviews and data privacy standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or IT
• At least 5 years of experience with Workday HCM and reporting tools
• Experience in project management and leadership in analytic solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, ServiceNow, Workday report writing, and SQL
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in HR reporting or analytics
