Reporting Program Manager

Job Summary

Reporting Program Manager, oversees the design, build, and maintenance of dashboards and reports while managing a team and ensuring strategic alignment in a remote, contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, PLX, and Google Sheets
• Drive process maturity across reporting and AppSheet solutions while managing stakeholder relationships
• Lead a team of approximately 10 resources within a two-week agile sprint framework

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
• Experience in program/project management and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Looker Studio and PLX
• Solid background in business process analysis
• Familiarity with Google tools and ecosystem
