Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting Specialist, Client Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Client Experience Leadership to create innovative solutions for client retention
Support and complete ad hoc reporting requests and perform complex analyses to support growth goals
Prepare and distribute client/broker-facing reports and maintain accurate client and broker contact information in databases

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience required
2+ years' experience in a related field preferred
Working knowledge of health benefit plans and experience with Salesforce preferred
