Job Summary
To support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the full-time temporary Reporting Supervisor will oversee team members and processes to ensure effective reporting, manage the creation of client presentations, and provide timely program statistics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise team members and coordinate the work of Reporting Specialists to maintain an effective reporting program
- Assist in creating monthly client PowerPoint presentations and ensure accuracy of routine and ad hoc reports
- Provide management with up-to-date program statistics and contractually required project status reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass a Federal Government Clearance
- Ability to work an eight-hour shift, 5 days per week, including weekends, between 6:30AM-2:30AM EST
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with experience in a call center environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
