Reports Developer (Power BI)
Job Summary
To modernize reporting capabilities, the full-time Reports Developer (Power BI) will work remotely to migrate existing reports from Informer to Report Center (Prism) and Power BI, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and business context throughout the transition.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and translate existing Informer reports into Report Center (Prism) or Power BI formats
- Build self-service reports in Report Center (Prism) and develop custom Power BI reports with direct access to HRP data
- Document report logic and manage the migration backlog while validating report accuracy against originals
Required qualifications
- Experience building reports or dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools
- Strong SQL skills with Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle
- Ability to translate business reporting requirements into technical report designs
- Experience managing migration projects with defined report backlogs
- Ability to work independently and ask the right questions to clarify requirements
