Repossession and Remarketing Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the repossession and remarketing of vehicles, the full-time Repossession and Remarketing Supervisor will manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and lead a remote team in achieving key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including hiring, training, and performance management of the team
• Develop and implement strategic remarketing processes while maintaining vendor relationships and resolving operational issues
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies, while maximizing vehicle value through effective inventory management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of auto auction operations and general understanding of vehicle repossession and title processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools, including Excel and Teams
• Demonstrated ability to establish and manage operational performance goals
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on profitable deal-making
