Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Repossession Specialists to exceed performance goals
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to leadership
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous leadership experience or senior role experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of MS Office and internet experience
• Previous customer service or collections experience in a call center environment
• Ability to operate office equipment and work independently or in a team
