Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Insurance Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize reimbursement by working accounts, resolving rejections and denials, and processing accounts to resolution
• Identify and correct billing errors, resolve unpaid/under-paid claims, and collect outstanding accounts
• Review contractual terms, document claim status, and contact payers and patients for account resolution

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in billing, insurance collections/follow-up, and denials/appeals
• Basic knowledge of AR workflow and terminology
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
