A company is looking for a Representative, Solutions Center - Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members on various topics
• Interpreting and applying changes to products, offering consultative expertise, and documenting conversations
• Educating customers on tax implications, penalties, and benefits related to plans/contracts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in related field preferred
• ChFC, CLU, or other industry designations desirable; FINRA series 6 and/or 26 licenses preferred
• One year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations
• Knowledge of insurance products, sales process, and state/local laws related to product features
• Ability to understand general aspects of plans/contracts and utilize technology to enhance customer interactions
