Job Summary

A company is looking for a Moderate Represented/Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers

Required Qualifications:

• Texas claim handling experience
• 5+ years of Casualty and/or Bodily Injury claim handling experience
• 2-5 years of Litigation experience
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation
