Reputation Management Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reputation Manager to oversee third-party reputation presence on Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BBB complaint processes and respond to complaints within specified timelines
• Lead Trustpilot review management and develop outreach programs for patients and providers
• Document and create a repeatable playbook for internal handoff at the end of the project

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing Trustpilot and/or BBB at scale
• Proven track record in building or managing review outreach programs
• Background in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Experience collaborating with customer support teams on complaint resolution
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
