Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reputation Management Digital Media Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and tags across brand channels
  • Resolve negative social media comments and messages by reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Manage company's online review presence and create strategies to increase positive reviews
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience managing digital reputation for a corporation
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
  • Experience working with social media platforms, review platforms, and other digital mediums
  • Experience managing reviews from various platforms including BBB, G2, GetApp, Facebook, etc
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Wrike or Monday
