Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Field inbound inquiries regarding release of information requests for patient medical records
Provide status updates and issue resolution for medical record requests
Maintain relationships with clients and requestors while processing correspondence related to ROI fulfillment

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma; higher education preferred
Ability to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking
Computer knowledge and accurate data entry skills
Prior customer service experience strongly preferred
Ability to work effectively in high volume production environments
