Requirements Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Requirements Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across business and technical teams to identify, track, and manage requirements throughout the solution lifecycle
• Create and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and support testing against requirements
• Map end-user requirements to system features, perform technical analysis, and provide risk management for component systems

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Computer Science/Engineering with 8 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience
• Ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust
• Experience in managing business, functional, and technical requirements
• Collaboration with diverse teams to capture and communicate requirements
• Understanding and experience with agile software development methodologies
