Requirements Analyst

Job Summary

To support product development and modernization efforts, the remote Requirements Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and product teams, transforming business objectives into clear, testable, and traceable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and program teams
• Facilitate requirements elicitation activities and perform gap analysis to identify business needs and desired outcomes
• Establish and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and support Agile planning and product delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in requirements analysis, business analysis, or product management, or a high school diploma with 8 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and requirements management principles
• Experience developing and managing requirements artifacts, including Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and Agile backlogs
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed, testable functional requirements through stakeholder collaboration
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
