Requirements Management Lead

Job Summary

Supporting one of the nation's largest federal healthcare modernization initiatives, the full-time remote Requirements Management Lead will manage requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation activities while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation across multiple project workstreams
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business and technical requirements
• Develop and manage the Contractor Requirements Traceability Matrix (CRTM) to ensure complete traceability throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Five years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or systems analysis within complex technology environments
• Experience in gathering and managing functional and technical requirements throughout the software development lifecycle
• Experience developing requirements traceability matrices and business process documentation
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance
