Requirements Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Requirements Manager to organize, document, analyze, and review requirements for the Financial Healthcare Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and verify requirements, ensuring clear and testable documentation in test plans and procedures
• Develop and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and coordinate testing priorities with the business needs
• Support Change Control processes and collaborate with development and management teams to provide status updates

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting software development programs
• 5 years of experience leading a program using LeSS or SAFe
• Thorough knowledge of requirements management processes and related test procedures
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and documentation within healthcare IT projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related discipline; or 18 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
