Requirements Manager

Job Summary

To support long-term IGEMS and MICT projects, the full-time Requirements Manager will manage user requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and act as a liaison between development teams and customers in a hybrid remote work environment with occasional travel to SIPR locations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the user community, facilitating weekly requirements and technical meetings
• Define and manage the requirements management process, including Baseline Change Requests and Software Problem Reports
• Maintain a well-organized product backlog with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government Common Access Card (CAC)
• 7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and requirements management
• Proficiency with Jira and experience in fast-paced environments
