Requirements Manager

Job Summary

To support long-term programs for IGEMS and MICT projects, the full-time Requirements Manager will manage user requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and act as a liaison between the development team and customers while working primarily remotely with occasional travel to SIPR locations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary focal point for the user community by facilitating weekly requirements and stakeholder meetings
• Define, track, and manage the requirements management process, including Baseline Change Requests and Discrepancy Reports
• Maintain a well-organized product backlog with clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government Common Access Card (CAC)
• 7+ years of experience in multitasking and working effectively in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Jira and experience utilizing Agile methodologies
