Requirements Specialist Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Requirements Specialist Lead to support the Department of the Navy's Risk Management Information initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Team Lead overseeing a team of Requirements Specialists
• Review and validate requirements and policy documents
• Develop initial roadmaps and process diagrams, adjusting as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience managing a team, including recruiting and training staff
• Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and pass a Tier 3 background investigation
• Current credentials in relevant information technology and software development practices preferred
