Requirements Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of requirements traceability for various programs, the full-time Requirements Systems Engineer will work remotely, integrating requirements across software development processes and collaborating with the software development team while maintaining customer-focused documentation and risk tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate requirements traceability across multiple programs, primarily linked to software development and associated tools
• Collaborate with the software development team to support customer requirements documentation and program risk identification
• Facilitate design, development, and integration of technologies in systems fielded to warfighters

Required qualifications

• BS in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the use of Jama
• Demonstrated systems engineering experience on multiple integration programs
• Ability to manage time and develop systems engineering products across multiple programs simultaneously
• Experience with systems engineering processes and related product development
