Rescue Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion of a rescue program, the full-time salaried Rescue Partnerships Manager will recruit new rescue organizations, pitch a program that provides free GPS trackers and microchips, and oversee the onboarding process for partners, working either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit new rescues by prospecting and building target lists to engage shelters and rescue organizations nationwide
• Pitch the program through discovery and pitch calls, demonstrating how technology can prevent lost dog events
• Own the onboarding process from signing up to activation, ensuring partners are fully operational and supported

Required qualifications

• Experience working with rescue organizations, either as staff, volunteer, or partner
• Strong sales and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with leadership and hosting webinars
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track pipeline and conversion rates effectively
• Quick adaptability to new tools and patience in teaching non-technical partners
• Established network within the rescue community is a plus
