Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Account Manager to lead the launch of a pilot UX research initiative for a major tech client.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the strategic program delivery of multiple research projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Develop program milestones and manage overall timelines and coordination of all vendor research activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting to communicate project statuses to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in research program operations and a client-facing role
• Familiarity with leading research initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
• Experience with scaling UX research operations, including participant recruitment and vendor management
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and documentation
• Proficiency in project management tools and research software
