Job Summary
Providing essential administrative and operational support, the contracted Research Administrative Coordinator will manage leadership calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee document management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive support, including calendar management and meeting coordination for leadership
- Track project deliverables, maintain action item logs, and provide status updates to leadership
- Manage document routing, approvals, and maintain organizational records and communication channels
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or research administration
- Experience supporting multiple leaders or departments preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a remote work environment
