Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Administrator 2 (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in proposal preparation and oversee submission processes for sponsored research
  • Develop and finalize project budgets, and manage post-award activities including compliance and reporting
  • Serve as a liaison between principal investigators and various departments, ensuring proper award setup and responding to inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of governmental regulations and university policies
  • Ability to complete Cardinal Research Administration Foundational Training I and II within the first year in the role
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and project management
  • Certification as an Accountant or Auditor or similar credential is desired
