Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of outsourced analytical work, the temporary Research Administrator will provide operational support to Scientific Project Managers and Project Coordinators in a remote capacity, overseeing biopharmaceutical client research deliverables and ensuring compliance with documentation and logistics.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage Discovery Research portfolio and scheduling of in Vitro and in Vivo analytical testing
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external vendors regarding compound information and logistics
  • Maintain trackers and timelines while performing data entry in client-based computer systems
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a two-year college certificate with 5 years of related experience in administrative support within healthcare, pharma, or biotechnology
  • Experience in managing logistics and documentation for clinical or research projects
  • Proficiency in data entry and use of client-based computer systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment
