Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Administrator - Post-Award.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of sponsored research projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating communication between stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports, manage budgets, and oversee grant transactions and modifications
  • Support audits and maintain accurate grant records while providing financial guidance to Principal Investigators and research teams


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct pre and post-award research administration experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex government regulations and contractual terms
  • Proficiency in budget development, financial reconciliation, and compliance monitoring
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of learning new software systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment with diverse populations
