Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support for post-award research administration, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Serve as the primary administrative liaison between Principal Investigators, departments, sponsors, and central offices
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and award modifications while supporting audits and maintaining accurate grant records
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct pre and post-award research administration experience
  • Ability to interpret complex government regulations and contractual terms
  • Proficiency in budget development, financial transactions analysis, and compliance monitoring
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and foster a respectful environment
  • Master's Degree preferred; Certified Research Administrator (CRA) or willingness to obtain within 2 years is a plus
