Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Functions as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Claims department
Analyzes complex operational claim payment problems and provides technical solutions
Identifies and recommends process improvement changes to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred
2 to 3 years of claims processing experience
In-depth knowledge of claims payment methodology
Ability to research and investigate information using multiple sources
Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications
