Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Analyst (Home-Based).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews and compile relevant data for evaluations
Perform financial and program portfolio analysis and prepare analytical reports
Design and manage stakeholder surveys, and synthesize evidence for evaluation products

Required Qualifications

Advanced university degree (Master's) in Social Sciences, Economics, or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree with additional experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in research or evaluation in international development
Experience with data management systems and software such as Microsoft Office and NVivo
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset
