Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Analyst (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Research data for commercial real estate appraisal reports, including property and market analysis
• Manage client site profiles, expense reports, and assist with report uploads and data accuracy
• Confirm comparable property information and maintain organized files for easy access

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts (preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel) and online research tools
• Reliable, organized, and responsive
• Positive attitude and desire to collaborate in a team environment
• Ability to grasp new basic real estate concepts easily
