Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Analyst to design, manage, analyze, and deliver research insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, analyze, and deliver research insights through various visualization methods
• Partner with Sales to enhance client acquisition and retention, participating in meetings and presenting deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met and customer service is maintained

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of market research experience in a client-facing role
• Background in quantitative research and data analysis
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SPSS is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and new technologies
