Research Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Analyst for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration project.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and analytical support for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration project
• Conduct current-state discovery of the legacy Marketing Portal and support data mapping and performance baseline analysis
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for IT leadership throughout the migration lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a business environment, including relevant internships
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing technology platforms
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and web analytics tools
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and design A/B tests
• Working knowledge of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
