Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Research Analyst to produce research and data-driven insights for client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantitative analysis using workforce data to support client projects
• Research, model, and recommend workforce solutions for global employers
• Create custom datasets, reports, and visualizations to address client challenges

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (and/or Google Suite)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain complex analytical or economic concepts in simple terms
