A company is looking for a Research Analyst to support client projects and contribute to analytical elements of research.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to analytical elements of client projects, including questionnaire development and report deliverables
• Design and propose high-quality research solutions with oversight from a Research Consultant
• Manage client workload and departmental initiatives while providing mentorship to the Research Operations team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of quantitative research experience
• Entrepreneurial focus to thrive in a growth-oriented environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with strong data visualization skills
