Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Research Analyst to work remotely, who will build and refine keyword-based search queries, collaborate with the data team for effective analysis, and translate findings into accessible visualizations and narratives that inform client communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine keyword-based search queries to scrape large volumes of social media content relevant to specific issues
• Collaborate with the data team to provide guidance on analysis methods such as sentiment scoring and topic modeling
• Translate quantitative findings into clear visualizations and written deliverables for non-technical audiences

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with large text-based datasets, including social media content
• Familiarity with quantitative text analysis methods such as sentiment analysis and topic modeling
• Strong SQL skills for dataset manipulation and analysis
• Ability to communicate quantitative findings in an accessible narrative format
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics
