Research Analyst

Job Summary

Providing critical research and analytical support, the full-time remote Research Analyst will facilitate IT and non-IT initiatives within the Veterans Health Administration by conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights for IT and non-IT projects
• Prepare and present detailed reports and briefing materials for stakeholders and VHA executive leadership
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and key performance indicators for various initiatives within the IT-Non-IT Workgroup

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Research, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in research and data analysis, preferably in the healthcare or government sector
• Prior acquisition and budget experience with a federal agency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical abilities and proven capability to translate data into strategic insights
