Research Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Research Analyst will manage data collection, academic tracking, and specialized institutional research to support College Team members and clients, producing high-quality research and presenting actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute rigorous, data-driven research to recommend best-fit schools, maintain admission criteria, and identify summer programs and extracurricular opportunities for clients
• Communicate complex research findings and ensure timely delivery of academic and admissions data to clients
• Collect and organize client information while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, History, or other research-intensive fields
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities with experience in organizing data into comprehensive reports
• Proficient in collaborative productivity software and web-based project management tools
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Experience engaging with diverse individuals in educational or community settings
