Job Summary

Collaborating with experienced consultants, the full-time remote Research Analyst will support clients in addressing complex challenges by collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, conducting interviews and focus groups, and developing reports and presentations that translate research into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement data collection efforts, including surveys and focus groups, while managing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
  • Draft reports, memos, and presentations, synthesizing findings and creating visuals to effectively communicate insights to various audiences
  • Coordinate tasks across multiple projects, ensuring timely progress and collaboration with team members to deliver high-quality work for clients
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, public policy, sociology, psychology, education, social work, or a related social science field (Master's preferred)
  • Three or more years of professional experience in research, evaluation, consulting, or community engagement
  • Experience in collecting, organizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with analysis software such as Excel, SPSS, or R
  • A commitment to advancing healthy, just, and equitable communities through research and evaluation
