Job Summary
A company in the Research industry is seeking a Research Analyst to provide valuable buyer and customer research insights to inform product strategy, sales tactics, marketing messages, and customer success team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Study, analyze and document our buyer's purchase process, including pain points and key criteria evaluated
- Develop a user experience research program to influence the design of our solutions
- Manage the full survey research process from questionnaire development to providing recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years' work experience in a research role
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research, analysis methods and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience conducting win/loss and/or churn interviews and analysis in a B2B SaaS business
- Experience working with SaaS technology products
