Job Summary
To support data-driven insights, the part-time Research Analyst and Scientific Communications Specialist will conduct quantitative analyses on patient datasets and translate findings into compelling communications materials for various audiences in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative analyses on Novellia's patient datasets, collaborating with the solutions team for methodological support
- Harmonize and manipulate data from multiple sources to address research questions
- Translate analytical findings into scientific communications materials such as white papers, abstracts, and media summaries
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a data-intensive role within healthcare, life sciences, or a related field
- Strong technical skills in data analysis and manipulation, including proficiency in R and Python
- Advanced proficiency in using AI tools for biostatistical analysis
- Experience harmonizing large, complex datasets across multiple sources
- Excellent scientific writing skills with the ability to communicate findings to non-specialist audiences
