Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Analyst - Demographics.

Key Responsibilities

Research and track new residential housing developments using proprietary databases
Conduct independent research through city and county documents and outreach to developers
Create, edit, and maintain GIS datasets and prepare presentation materials for client meetings

Required Qualifications

Working knowledge of GIS software and workflows
Ability to analyze and manage geospatial data related to housing and development
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
College degree or equivalent experience in market research, economics, geography, planning, or a related field
