Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Analyst II to manage complex court research projects and conduct advanced statistical analyses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and collaborate on complex court research projects and create analysis plans
• Gather and interpret data from various sources, analyzing trends and outcomes
• Respond to data requests and assist in the development of reporting tools using business intelligence tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science, public policy, judicial administration, or related fields with coursework in statistics or research methodology
• Three to five years of experience in designing and managing research/data projects and conducting advanced statistical analyses
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, SPSS, R, Python, or other programming languages
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced education may substitute for years of experience
