Research Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Analyst II responsible for managing complex court research projects and conducting advanced statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and collaborate on complex court research projects, including analysis and project planning
• Gather and interpret data from court case management systems and analyze trends in court data
• Respond to data requests and assist in the design and development of reporting tools using business intelligence tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science, public policy, judicial administration, or related fields with coursework in statistics or research methodology
• Three to five years of experience in designing and managing research/data projects and conducting advanced statistical analyses
• Proficiency with analytical/technical tools such as SQL, SPSS, R, Python, or similar programming languages
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Master's or Ph.D. in a related field is preferred
