Research and Advocacy Associate

Job Summary

Supporting a portfolio of clients, the full-time Research and Advocacy Associate will manage client engagements, conduct research, and collaborate on communications efforts in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client engagements based on strategies co-created with senior executives
• Support the research and advocacy team while collaborating on communications and PR activities for clients
• Manage regular client touchpoints and meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of professional experience, preferably in project management
• Understanding of education policy and national issues
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to learn new skills, such as data analysis or survey development tools
• Familiarity with education, workforce development, or social impact is strongly preferred
