Research and Backup Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Research and Backup Specialist will manage research tasks, backup operations, and support various training initiatives using advanced software tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and manage backup operations for training programs and consulting services
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Applications, and various social media platforms for content creation and campaign management
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively through various channels to ensure project success

Required qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with Google Applications and social media management tools like Hootsuite and Canva
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and creating content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• At least 1 year of experience in copy development and managing Google Ads and Campaign Monitor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
