Key Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced expertise in cloud platforms and SQL database systems to improve data accessibility
- Deliver targeted automation projects and implement robust connectors for database and application integration
- Extract meaningful insights from complex data ecosystems to enhance behavioral health care quality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum of four years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a closely related field
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI development and advanced SQL Server skills
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Prior experience managing healthcare performance metrics or clinical research data
