Research and Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research & Development Manager who will lead food innovation initiatives and ensure ingredient quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development processes and manage projects from conception to commercialization
• Direct and manage suppliers to optimize and commercialize ingredients in alignment with development goals
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to gather consumer feedback and adjust products accordingly

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in Food Science, Food Technology; culinary background preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in the food-related industry
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage product development with a successful track record
• Understanding of how product development impacts business operations and finance
• Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
